A peek inside a local farm's first CSA box

If you bought a share in a local produce farm this year, and are eagerly anticipating the first weekly box of goodies, here's a peek at one farm's spring debut.
If you didn't purchase a share, you may wish you had. And it's not too late.
Tim Huth, of LotFotl (Living off the Fat of the Land) Community Farm, sent an e-mail Monday to the 110 members who so far have bought shares in his farm in East Troy (at MFAI) , telling them about the first Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) boxes, which they will pick up this week at pre-arranged locations.
